The service

Send a Tiddles ("the Service") provides AI-generated personalised greeting cards for £2.99 per card, including VAT. Cards are delivered via email to the recipient address you provide.

Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Payment is required before card delivery. Once delivered, sales are final.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 24 hours if the card was not successfully delivered. Contact us at hello@sendatiddles.com with your order details.

Content and acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or send abusive, threatening, or illegal content
• Harass, defame, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Violate intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to refuse service, block users, and report illegal activity.

AI-generated content

Messages are generated by AI (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini). While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or tone. Review messages before paying.

You acknowledge that AI output may occasionally be unexpected or unsuitable. We are not responsible for how recipients interpret AI-generated content.

Age restriction

You must be 16 or older to use this Service.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for delivery failures, miscommunications, technical issues, or emotional distress caused by card content.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the card (£2.99).

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
